Actually, I myself have been wavering in this regard, and I initially prepared a post calling for their dismissal but changed my mind before publication. 

Certainly, I do not believe that information was withheld intentionally from investors. But then again, this did represent quite a serious breach of corporate governance which has done significant damage to the reputation of the bank - damage which will take a considerable length of time to repair.

Perhaps I am being too soft - perhaps they should go.
