I guess in your professional career in sales, you would have had considerable experience with this type of situation. No one could blame you for losing all faith in customers who lie and dodge - that&#039;s no way to conduct a business relationship.

I can certainly remember a few of those cases from when I worked for a technology services company shortly after the tech wreck.

Word generally got out in the marketplace about these types of customers, and not many of them lasted too much longer.

Having been on the receiving end of slow pay situations, I can attest to the fact that predictability and openness go a long way toward working through even the most serious payment problem. Unfortunately, it&#039;s been my experience that overextended customers tend to dodge and lie rather than confront and explain. The former approach only makes matters worse.
