Certainly. We may have reached a turning point. Current economic conditions are waking people up to problems whose root cause is public apathy. As we become more aware that we can't simply defer all decision making to business and political leaders, we're going to be paying more attention. One result of that will be higher values (in every sense of the word, including stock value) placed on organizations that engage in SRI.
